Kara exhaled violently, he was asleep. She couldn't get out here. She should sleep,but the moment she did he'd move her he said. She swore under breath. She finally resigned herself to catching up rest, She needed.

Zedd woke up after a random interval of sleep. He used the magic to drag her along toward the nearest town, where he could probably find a soldier or two to help move a Mord-Sith to Aydindril.

He then decided that when she came too, he'd ask some questions. And release her from the spell. If she tried something, it would be within his abilities to restore her to her unmoving state.

Kara finally did come to to find herself being dragged along using magic. She immediately turned the magic on him. She's must have been exhausted to have slept through being dragged along like this. That, or he'd have put a spell on her. He still hadn't lifted the web, no surprise there.

He quickly adjusted to the pain, partitioning his mind as he learned long before this girl's parents probably learned to walk.

"You know that's pointless, right?" he reminded her as he righted her up and looked at her. He gave her that 'I win' smile again, and then decided to give her an offer.

"I'm willing to make a deal if you are."

Anything to get out of that damned net. At least then she could do something, other than wait for another mord-sith or confessor to come along, neither a fate she was looking forward to.

Kara sighed, "We do, wizard. I'll 'behave' as you put it, if I don't I'm sure you'll burn me to a crisp."

Kara shook out her limbs and stretched, but her eyes never left zed. She didn't have to trust him, he was a target after all.

"Name's Kara and you, wizard, are Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander."

There was an irritated edge to her voice,but she knew he could do worse than that net right now if she didn't cooperate.

"Alright, I know you serve Panis Rahl. How did you know where to find me?" he said in a noncommittal, probing tone. Her name was Kara. He would make note of that and stash her face and name away for later use.

Lexino spotted the two intruders, eyes narrowed. He hadn't seen them before, but it was clear they weren't friends. He looked at his bow beside him, hesitating. He didn't want to kill them - if he could avoid a fight, he would avoid a fight. He supposed he should sneak away and leave them be...but they intrigued him for some reason. He hunkered down and listened more closely.

The Web returned, and she was again immobile. "A deal is a deal, Kara. You don't keep up your end, and I don't have to keep up mine." He looked around, he could feel someone nearby, but he didn't really have the inclination to go check at the moment.

"We'll rest here for now, I suppose. If you reconsider, do please tell me."

Her eyes showed her hatred of having to bargain to move,but she needed to move around and zed had a smaller advantage while she was out of his web.
